Jeff Klenk - President
With over three decades of experience as an organizational development consultant, I have supported numerous client initiatives in change management, leadership development, learning programme design and delivery. In recent years, I have specialized in simulations design and development to help my clients test the capacity of staff and office systems to respond to crisis and identify needed organizational change. As an Adjunct Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, I use simulations to introduce my students to many of the challenges confronting humanitarian workers in the field.
I have managed humanitarian operations in Africa, and led disaster assessment and program evaluation teams throughout Africa, Central America and the Caribbean, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the Middle East. I have worked with both private and public sector organizations - including UN, government and non-governmental organizations - in more than 80 countries across five continents.
Previously, I managed the CRS Headquarters Office of Information Systems where I supervised over 30 staff and consultants working on the development of financial and project management systems software. I also served as Coordinator of the CRS Headquarters Disaster Response Team.
Following completion of a Master's degree in International Affairs with a focus on Economic and Political Development at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, I worked in New York City as an Associate Editor with the Financial Times of London Business Publications.
I am a native speaker of English and fluent in French.
